Installing add-ins for Outlook from AppSource (the app store for Microsoft office) is fairly straight forward. But what if you want to get rid of a plugin you’ve installed?

Unfortunately this is a little more tricky and requires the use of an special link that Microsoft provides. Follow these steps to uninstall any Appsource plugin for Outlook:

Open the classic Add-In Dialog in Outlook

Visit https://aka.ms/olksideload. This link leads to Outlook on the Web (https://outlook.office.com) but after you login you will be presented by the old user interface for Add-Ins.

Find Plugin and Remove

In that window click on “My add-ins”, find the 3 dots menu (bottom right) of the plugin you’d like to uninstall and then click “Remove”.
